My name is Augusto Perez....but everyone calls me Goose. I am an adaptive athlete. I lost my left leg after 3 bouts with a rare and aggressive type of cancer..."soft tissue sarcoma".

I was an avid soccer player all my life and i played through college. After losing my leg i become involved with adaptive sports in October of 2005....since then this are some of my small achievements.....
